Hi,
It looks like you are trying to use protected with owner password or signed PDF. You can check it by opening in Adobe. In this case PDF can't be edited due its permissions and will not work with E2Pdf. You can try to unlock the document and re-upload if you have owner password or try to "Print To PDF" to save it without owner password however in this case PDF fields will be lost and they must be recreated.
