Hi,

Is it possible that in the name of the PDF file, it was the name of the person (first name and last name) who filled out the form (CV)?

Eg.
John_Novak.pdf

Hi,

You can use shortcodes inside "Settings" -> "PDF Name", while editing E2Pdf Template to have custom PDF name.

You can set any Formidable Shortcode as [656], etc.

Just a note, you can add "User ID" field to your Formidable Forms and use shortcode from Formidable Forms: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/user-id/

It will look like [x show="first_name"], where x is the ID of User ID field. It will use meta data from WordPress Registered User.

If you need to output data from the filled form, you can just use shortcodes like [101] [102], where 101 and 102 Formidable Field IDs.
