Hi

I have a form here: https://datsys.org/hi-voucher/

If I select the email to recipient option, for which I have an email template with conditional logic to trap the attachment of the PDF does not get sent even though I have added the shortcode to the On Submit area in Formidable. I am using this short code: [e2pdf-attachment id="1"]

It works OK if I use the attachment option or the view option but I want to send the PDF as an attachment in email. The recipient gets the email OK but not the attachment.

Can you help please.

As I have to create 4 templates I am looking at buying the 10 template option.

Hi,

Did you add [e2pdf-attachment] shortcode to mail body? as on attached screenshot?

If yes, try to add please [e2pdf-download id="1"] to mail body and see if it will generate PDF download link directly inside mail.

If yes, do you use any 3rd party mail plugins like "Sendgrid", "WP Mail SMTP", etc?
