I have a development site and a live site. I added licenses for both so that I can use E2PDF on both site which works great. The issue I'm having is that when I copy my development site over to the live site to push over any changes I make, all my E2PDF forms get deactivated. I have to go in and manually reactivate them every time. Is there a way to fix this? If all the templates are activated on both my dev site and my live site, I don't understand which migrating the dev site over would deactivate the templates on the live site.

UPDATE: I just did another migration to update my site and now when I try to activate the templates it says, "Templates Limit Reached" and will not let me update them! I went to the license just to make sure that didn't somehow get reset but it still says, 2 sites, 20 templates, but I'm only using 5 templates. So, at the moment I cannot function at all.

Hi,

If your websites has different domain name, unfortunately, when you migrate website database, E2Pdf Templates must be reactivated as each template has own unique identifier and connected to domain name.

It looks like the problem with templates limit reached is connected that you didn't deactivate previously activated templates on live website before migration as old template will still left in the system if they were not deactivated. You must be able to deactivate templates on live website before migration to avoid template limit error or deactivate not visible (truncated) templates via "Dashboard" -> "Sites" (at e2pdf.com) (https://e2pdf.com/dashboard/sites).
