Hi,
Is there a way of creating headers and footers for the PDF's and also add page numbering?

Hi,

"Auto" page numbers not available but you can manually add with "html" object. E2Pdf Template fields/objects uses static positions so you can design PDF as you need. If you need to generate content over pages, you can try to use "html" object which has such ability but keep in mind please that not all html/css tags supported.
