We just rechecked it on our side and unfortunately could not replicate an issue.

1. Can you please attach screenshot of your "photo" field as on attached image example?

2. Do you see image/image url while viewing created entry from Caldera Forms directly?

3. Do you use simple form (not connected forms)?

Thank you.

It looks like E2Pdf can't detect image type or it's not reachable. Share please the URL that you see in "textarea".

Hi,

By default E2Pdf trying to retrieve images firstly locally and after this by URL, but by some reason file can't be reached locally and failed to retrieve by URL due the .htaccess authorization.

We released a hot-fix which can have effect on image render due your wordpress setup.

1. Download attached zip file to this message
2. Unzip file
3. Upload it and replace "e2pdf-image.php" via FTP at /wp-content/plugins/e2pdf/classes/helper/

If after replacing file images will not start working:

1. Recheck if you do NOT have checkbox set on "Local Images" option to "Load via Remote Request". (screenshot 1).

2. Recheck please if file exists by checking it via FTP "wp_root_dir/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/photo-2.jpg".

Let us know please the result, thank you.
