I am creating a new template and decided to upload an already created and formatted PDF. I would like to add input field data into the pdf, but it doesn't seem to work if I add it to the Word doc prior to converting to PDF and once uploaded, there are no options to input the data shortcodes. I assume this is possible, otherwise I could just attach the email to a confirmation email if I didn't need custom form data merged in. Is it possible to insert data into an uploaded pdf form using the data shortcodes?

Thank you,
Charles

Hi,

Unfortunately to accomplish the task you need to use "HTML" object or "textarea" field value inside E2Pdf Template directly. See please screenshots attached.

So you can just remove content from pre-uploaded PDF and add this part directly inside E2Pdf Template with needed merged shortcodes content.

We remain at your service.
