Dear support,

I generated a web form and used E2PDF plug-in to match data wit existing PDF file generated in adobe. After submitting the form pdf is automatically sent to my email and a customer is offered to download pdf for their records as well. The PDF file that is generated this way is still an open and editable form so you can change all the answers after submitting it. Can you help me with the solution on how to make it uneditable or locked after submission?

Hi,

Just set "Flatten" option to "Yes" while Template edit to make PDF read-only. Screenshot attached.
