I am using Formidable Forms to create a job application that I would like to print. We have built out several pages with all of the fields we want on the application. I can create a template called "work history" and bring the Formidable form in. I can also bring in a blank PDF with a logo on it, but I would like to place a logo on the "work history" form to be printed. Is there a way to do this?

It would be great if several of the forms could be put together in a template printed at the same time. I think that option is still in the works. Any update is appreciated.

Hi,

If you need to place "Static" logo inside PDF it must not be issues with using "Image" object which can be placed inside E2Pdf Template via Drag&Drop. It can be mapped to "static" or dynamic image , depending on your needs. (Screenshot 1).

As about Multiform support we are on the last stage of testing, so we hope that it will be available very soon, as soon as we finish with all tests and bug-fixes (Screenshot 2, Screenshot 3, Screenshot 4).

We remain at your service.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
