Hi,

I noticed back in 2018 you mentioned you were working on a multi-site lic.

Our single company has 8 sites/brands. With many forms that are used across the brands.

Have you created any multi-site level accounts yet? Possibly with template limits that could be counted across all sites?

I could not see where to mention this as well. This would be used with Formitable Forms Pro.

Hi,

Yes, it's possible to buy License Key for multiple websites. You can choose number of websites and Templates list on pricing page.

P.S. Keep in mind please that License Key must be applied on each sub-site separately.

Yes but that means the "templates" are locked to each site. Plus there does not appear to be any discounts for more than 1 site?

The site you sent me too only does stock pricing from your stock pricing page?

It does not let me simply select 5 sites with only 10 templates to share across the 5 sites. It wants to sell me a 5x10 lic.

Does this mean you have no lic customization at all?

If you choose 5 Sites and 2 Templates License Type - License Key will contain 5 Sites and 10 Templates in total. Templates will be shared across all sites. It means that you can use at 1 Site - 8 Templates, and on another sites - 2 Templates or different splitting.

We are trying to keep our prices as low as possible, but unfortunately there are no any discounts for multiple websites at this moment.

Okay... This is what I believe to be my last question.

Can I:

1) Expand this lic in the future by purchasing additional sites?

2) Expand this lic by adding just a set amount of additional templates and not templates times the number of sites?

Your licenses seems extremely restrictive in that you are forced to purchase a number of templates per site and not just a preset number of templates.

1) You can can add additional sites to purchased License Key in future.

2) It's possible to upgrade License Key to new templates limit but unfortunately it can be upgraded only to plans that exists. It's not possible to customize its limit. For example if you have 2 Sites 2 Templates Limit, it can be upgraded to 2 Sites 4 Templates Limit, 2 Sites 20 Templates limit and so on.

P.S. We are reviewing the possibility now with adding additional plans (with smaller templates limit) for our pricing model to have more customization on total templates.

If I may be permitted to make a suggestion. It is not such a challenge of smaller amounts. I would purchase 25 templates today.

It is splitting the set amount to a site apart from the number of templates. This way you could simply add 10 more templates to a group of sites, without having to purchase 10 more for every site.

It also helps when we add a new site to the mix, not having to purchase say another 20 templates because we added a sub-domain.

Think:

www.clientdomain.com
support.clientdomain.com
human-resources.clientdomain.com

Each one of these is a corporate website. Having to purchase 10 template lic for each becomes challenging. It would be nice to not lock the templates to the URL in approved cases.

THANK YOU by the way for your helpful and thoughtful responses.
