Hi. I had Sendgrid rewriting URLS to come from the same domain, and had no e2pdf links or attachments, so I turned urls rewrites off. Still no links or attachments. here's the shortcode in the message:

[e2pdf-download id="1" button-title="Download Registration" dataset="[id]"]

[e2pdf-attachment id="1"]

Any help?

Thanks!

Hi,

Check please if your E2Pdf Template:

- Connected to correct form
- You are using correct id of E2Pdf Template, in your case it's "1"
- Your E2Pdf Template is activated

Screenshot attached.

If everything seems okay -
1. do you use shortcodes inside Formidable Forms Mail Body?
2. Do you get mail with truncated shortcodes?
3. Are you able to export data directly from "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Shortcodes render correctly.
I'm connected to the correct form and it is activated.
I can export data directly fro E2PDF Export
When I specify a dataset it renders correctly.

The email may not be rendering because the email is different than the form that fills the PDF:

I am trying to use a second separate form to send the PDF. Is that possible?

Hi,

It doesn't work as E2Pdf technically can't detect which entry from 1st form must be used for PDF generation. So it's need to have value in 2nd form which stores Entry ID from 1st form and the shortcodes must be used as:

[e2pdf-download id="1" button-title="Download Registration" dataset="[123]"]

[e2pdf-attachment id="1" dataset="[123]"]

* where [123] will be rendered in Entry ID from the 1st form to which connected E2Pdf Template.

We remain at your service.
