Hello,

Can you please clarify:

- Does it happen with all fields from the form or with the specific fields, specific form?
- Do you see the data saved under Gravity Forms Entry?
- Can you please attach some screenshots with your setup of the E2Pdf Template and how fields are mapped? (You can mark the message "Private" so only support can see the message.)

The issue has been resolved. The issue was with Gravity Forms.
