Hi E2PDF! I have a concern, I have a formidable form, I map my E2PDF document to my Formidable form however when I extract or download the PDF form the E2PDF cannot read the "Paragraph" field of my formidable form. It will only leave blank of the PDF after downloading it. I need the paragraph field to be read because I need information that composed of 3 - 5 or more sentences.
Please let me know how to do this.

Hi,

Sorry, what do you mean that E2Pdf can't read Paragraph field? Is it not showing in Visual Mapper or its not showing in PDF? Are you using "Textarea" field type inside PDF?

If possible, attach please some screenshots that can help to understand the issue.

Hi, sorry for the confusion.
Here are the attach images.
On the third Image the PDF file explains everything. The first box shows the title below it there is a second box for the paragraph field but it is not showing anything. Let me know if you have any questions.

Recheck please if field is mapped properly and you do not have any "Actions" and "Conditions" on it. Also check if you did not set too big line-height.

To check this: "Right Mouse" click on field inside E2Pdf Template -> "Properties". Search "Value". It must be mapped with shortcode:

[145 wpautop=0] - where 145 is your Formidable Forms Field ID.

If it will not work, and all is set correctly please make screenshot of your E2Pdf Template, so we can see how it's mapped. If your form is public, you can also attach its link so we can check it online.

P.S. You can mark message "PRIVATE" at the bottom so only we can see the link and details.

Hi,

I see 2 differences on your screenshots.

1. You have "e2pdf-input" instead of "e2pdf-textarea". I marked difference from your image (screenshot 1)

2. You have "Action" and "Condition" which makes field always hidden on PDF generation, this is look like the issue that you can't see any data. I marked difference from your image (screenshot 2)

To solve the issue, remove please this field and create new one "textarea" (screenshot 3) if you need to output all lines and map field again or remove "Actions" and "Conditions" on current field, but data will be truncated while output as all information will be in one line due using "e2pdf-input".

Hi,

By default if field is editable it will be highlighted depending on "PDF Viewer". You can "flatten" PDF. In this case fields will not be editable and will not be highlighted. Screenshot attached.
