PDF does not display on new site

I export and imported the PDF to the site. Using this short code:
[e2pdf-download id="1" dataset="[id]"]
The PDF shows on one site but not on the new site.
I compared and both sites and the code is the same.

Hi,
Recheck please if your E2Pdf Template connected to correct "Item" and "Activated". (screenshot attached). "Item" can be changed under "Options" tab.
P.S. Also keep in mind that if form was reimported and you used Field IDs inside E2Pdf Template, it could be need to remap fields to correct IDs. It's not connected with issue above.

Yes I did Activate. When I try to remap fields, I get this message: You must set Item to use visual mapper.

Ok I figured it out. Was not connect to my form. All is good now.
