Hi,
I'm creating a site for a fundraising effort and part of it is the registration to an event. Your plugin is perfect for this. It's the first time I use it, so I might be messing up on different places at the same time. (sorry)
I created a form with divi, and when I try to create the first template, the pdf I made for the background doesn't upload and gives back "PDF generation error".
The pdf was made with Canva (that could be a problem?). I tested with both versions, normal and print. Both give the same error.
I'm using Brave browser, so I switched to Firefox and it also gives the same error.
The site is very simple as it's new and has very few plugins.
Any help would be highly appreciated. :)

Hi,

After making some tests with your PDF we noticed incorrect object/fields positions on render. Currently we released a hot-fix to RC version 1.16.18 so we recommend to follow instruction here: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/how-to-update-plugin-to-rc-release-candidate-version-from-e2pdf-com and update plugin to RC 1.16.18 to avoid incorrect positions when fix will be released to stable version. Sorry for inconvenience.
