PDF Not Updating With Formidable Front-End Editing Submission

Hello,

I am using e2pdf with formidable forms. When the form is submitted the PDF attachment in the notification works and looks good. When the form is edited using formidable's front-end editing option and then resubmitted, the PDF attachment is not updating with the new information entered in the form field. Is there a fix for this issue?

Unfortunately we could not replicate an issue on our side.

Can you please clarify some questions:

1. Do you get new email after form edited with attachment but PDF attachment contains old information? Is it correct?

2. Which shortcode do you use to output attachment in email?

3. Do you use any 3rd party cache plugins on your WordPress installation?

Hi, Yes, I get an email but the pdf contains the old information . I have attached the pdf as well as a screen shot of the form that shows the update.
The time off form submitted by [9] has been updated.

Hi, we tried to replicate issue with SG Optiomizer as issues looks like connected with cache, but still without success.

If you can provide us access details to FTP and WP Admin Dashboard, so we can check it directly on your website, submit please support ticket here: [private] with all details.

If not:

1. It will be very useful if you can share a link where we can try edit entry and email can be sent to [private] on edit action, so we can at least make tests on frontend.

2. If you will use Field IDs (ex: [123]) inside email directly, will it generate updated data? Is old data appears only in PDF attachment?

3. Do you have email action to fire on "Entry is Updated"?

4. You can also try to temporary deactivate "SG Optimizer" to check if the problem will go away when cache plugin deactivated.
