Photo's not Displayed Correctly

The photo's that were uploaded with Caldera forms and mapped to e2pdf.
When the caldera forms is submitted, it sends and email to the user with a pdf attachment along with the photo that was uploaded.
The photo didn't appear correctly.
I've attached the same(that was received as email).
Pls let us know the reason.

By default "Caldera Forms" removes images upon submitting, and when mail sent images already not available. Can you please check if you have "Add to Media Library" set on field upload, if not check it please and check if it will fix the issue. If not, create please "textarea" and map it with same shortcode as "Image" object to see which path to image is rendered inside PDF.

Thanks for responding back.
I would like to notify that it is/was actually working fine generally.
But for only one entry this issue occured, so just wanted to confirm it if was because of the plugin or any other issue that happened.

It could be that image has not supported extension, can you please attach the URL of image that not renders correctly? You can find it inside Caldera Forms entry or create "textarea" field and map with Field ID shortcode.
