Hi,

We use the YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin, and we wonder if it is possible to pick the receiver’s of the gift first name into the PDF?

Hi,

Unfortunately, E2Pdf was not tested with YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards. Currently it's designed to get data from WooCommerce Products and Orders, when the data saved as metadata.

Do you see the required information under the WooCommerce back-end in Orders section? If not, you can attach plugin to the next message so we can see if it's possible to get this information somehow. You can mark messages as private so only we can see the message.

Then it seems must be possible to get this data.

Can you please update the plugin to the RC version 1.18.x by following the steps in the current topic: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/how-to-update-plugin-to-rc-release-candidate-version-from-e2pdf-com and try to search the field by part of the meta key inside "Visual Mapper":

Create some temporary "textarea" inside E2Pdf Template -> "Right Mouse Click" -> "Map", put "_ywgc_recipient_name" or part of it to the "Search" box.

P.S. "Shortcode" can depend on your E2Pdf Template connection: "Products" or "Orders".
