Hello, the QR code color always stays black. The selected color is not adopted. We are currently using the version: 1.16.02.

Does anyone else have the problem?

Greetings, Andrzej

Hi,

QR Code styles will be applied on PDF generation if any value set. You can check it by exporting some test data via "E2Pdf" -> "Export".

P.S. Currently for "Preview" / "View Saved" / or directly inside "E2Pdf" Template - it will be used "example" black QR Code.

Hi Oleksandr :-) Ok, I have now set white (QR Code> Color> White (#ffffff)), but the whole box is now white.

By default QR Code generates with white background. You must be able to change it inside "Properties". See screenshot attached.

However keep in mind also please that some scanners can have issues with scanning non standard QR Codes.

Ok, I understand. Is there a way to make the background transparent? with RGBA? or HEX?

We currently released update (RC version 1.16.03) which has fix for transparent background for QR Codes and Barcodes.

You can apply update now by following current instruction: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/how-to-update-plugin-to-rc-release-candidate-version-from-e2pdf-com.

After applying update you must be able to set empty value on "background" to have it transparent.
