How do you resend the pdf form after submission has been made? We had several people fill out our form but I accidentally forgot to add a payment portal and the email was never sent with the information filled out in the PDF. We retained all information on the back end but I am unfamiliar on how to resend a the PDF completely filled out with the information from Gravity Forms.

Can you help me please.

You must be able to resend Email Notification from viewing the Gravity Forms entry. See screenshot attached.

Mine does not look like yours, I provided a screenshot and we did re-send and it was the normal Gravity Forms layout not the E2PDF form layout.

Sorry, what do you mean that it was normal Gravity Forms layout instead of E2Pdf form layout?. There is a notification settings menu on the right, where: "Admin Notification" and "TARB Housing Receipt" which must resend Gravity Forms mail notification if you choose needed.

It looks like 2 different emails, different source and different subjects. Can you check please if the emails that you are trying to resend have [e2pdf-attachment] shortcode in the source and it's correct form? It must actually work the same way when you resend it.

Yes, we see, however it seems issue is that E2Pdf Templates connected to other form. The form that you showed has $99 at the end and at "E2Pdf" -> "Templates" we see the form name is without $99. Can you recheck please and try to reconnect it via "Options" if it's different to correct form?

If Field IDs remain the same you do not need to remap PDF, you can just reconnect it to new form. Click "Options" on E2Pdf Template -> Select "Correct" Form under "Item" -> "Apply" -> Save E2Pdf Template.

You can also duplicate E2Pdf Template and change connected form the same way but do not forget to update [e2pdf-attachment] shortcodes with new correct template Ids inside mail notifications.
