Hi support team,

I copy shortcode from export PDF, its worked for the first time but then it stop working.
[e2pdf-download id="3"] this is the shortcode I used, used to show a link there and allow me to download, but after first time its stop working. No link shown in the page. Link will be shown again if I add in dataset as this [e2pdf-download id="3" dataset="39"]. Any solution please?

Hi,

It looks like your domain is local so it is not accessible. Can you please attach screenshot of "Confirmation" message where [e2pdf-download] shortcode inserted? Recheck also please if E2Pdf Template is connected to correct form.
