Hi Team,
I have a form and a nested form.
In the nested form I have a signature field.
After filling out the nested form, the signature appears fine.
But when the pdf is generated, it is not displayed.
Can this be fixed?

The file image "nested4.jp" is a zoom of pdf

Hi,

We could replicate issue on our side. It looks like GravityWiz (Gravity Forms All Fields Template) using deprecated function which returns incorrect URL as it must contains also "hash" and due this "signature" can't be rendered inside PDF.

It was submitted support ticket to them with request if they can fix it on their side and we will note you shortly as soon as get any update.

GravityWiz currently released an update which must solve the issue. You can get latest source from:

or find updated "Gravity Forms All Fields Template" in attachment
