We have our form all set in Formidable Forms with a signature field option required. When the PDF is sent to the recipient email the signature text shows up in the email but the Signature is not populated on the PDF.

Hi,

1. Is it failing only when signature typed? or signature is not showing also when draw?

2. Can you check please if you correctly set and mapped "Signature" field inside E2Pdf Template? It must be "Signature" element with correctly mapped Field ID as "Value". Value can be checked by "Right" Mouse Click -> "Properties". (screenshots attached).

3. If all seems correctly, try please to create simple "input" field inside E2Pdf Template with mapped signature Field ID ([123]), submit form with drawn signature and share please image url which will be shown under this field value. Thank you.

The first screenshot is what happens when we try to have the form submitted with the drawn signature. The second screenshot is what our settings look like and signature is still not populating. The third is what happened when putting an "input" field as direction above. Please advise.

Hi,

It looks like your PHP installation is missing GD extension which is required by Formidable Forms signature. Try please to install GD extension and retest it.

P.S. On "input" test it looks like you are misstyped shortcode, it must be [1044], however it will still not work until you add GD extension.

It's depending on many factors (shared hosting, vps, dedicated, OS version) so the best way will be to contact your hosting provider with request.
