Hi all,
I've a complex registration form in Forminator and a three page PDF template with conditional logic to render the result.
The problem is that on a page I've a simple visibility formula con a calulated field that doesn't work just because the calculated field is not correctly retrieved from Forminator: inside the form it shows a result (i.e. 15), rendering in the PDF it shows the default value (i.e. 0), hence all the logic doesn't work.

Same issue about not retrieving data correctly also applies to fields {name-2-first-name} {name-2-first-surname}: in Forminator those fields are behind visibility conditions but rendered correctly when applies while in E2PDF still renders the default empty value.

Plugin Version: 1.17.04
DB Version: 1.17.04
PHP Version: 7.4.24
WP Version: 5.8.2
Multisite: No
Is Main Site: Yes

Forminator Version: 1.15.4

Please help... it's quite urgent.

Many thanks,
Giandani

Hi,

Did you check the entry after submission? Does it contain correct values after user submits the form?

We got some similar report however issue was connected not with E2Pdf but with Forminator, as it was not saving correctly values due the broken conditional logic. So can you check please if your final entry has correct data and try to export it with "E2Pdf" -> "Export" to see if it still will be issues?.

P.S. As about "name" field, unfortunately we also can't replicate the issue, however we see that you use slug as {name-2-first-surname}, is it some extended field? As by default it must be available such slugs: {name-2-prefix} / {name-2-first-name} / {name-2-middle-name} / {name-2-last-name}.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Gosh,
you're right.
I've checked in the form submissions archive and the data is not stored correctly after the submission even if it's shown while compiling the form.
I'll open a ticket to Forminator for this.

Many thanks,
