Usually a signature image can appear on the form. Now suddenly it doesn't appear like in the picture I sent.

Hello,

Let us know please:

1. Version of E2Pdf, Version of Gravity Forms, Version of Gravity Forms Signature Addon

2. Enable please "Debug" mode at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings", and check if you do not have any errors at "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" -> "Connections".

3. Check if the signature is showing in the saved entry, if yes, can you please temporarily create "textarea", map it with the "signature" field slug, and attach the screenshot with the rendered value? You can mark the message as "private" so only support can see the message.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Im using the latest version of e2pdf.

And fyi, For signatures, I don't use gravity forms signature add on.

So usually we upload our signature in the form of an image. And in e2pdf I used the "object-image" section. And it usually works well.

We still need additional data, as we can't replicate issue on our side:

1. Is the version of E2Pdf 1.23.24 or 1.23.32?

2. Is the version of Gravity Forms 2.8.9?

3. Please, follow up on the current point: Enable please "Debug" mode at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings", and check if you do not have any errors at "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" -> "Connections".

4. Did you try another image? If the issue is still the same, please, copy us an uploaded image URL to the image from the Gravity Forms submitted entry or create a "textarea", map it with the "upload" field slug, and attach the screenshot with the rendered value.

The problem is due to the [ERROR] Self, which means that your host can't download images from your host directly by URL, which is required for Gravity Forms uploaded images.

We can access your image remotely, so it seems your host can't resolve itself (your domain name), which results in no possibility of downloading the Image by the URL.

Usually, it's connected to the incorrect DNS setup or some issues with the internal (server) DNS. If it's a dedicated server, you need to check your setup by log in to the server and check if you can ping your website. If it's shared hosting, you need to contact your hosting provider so they can check if your host can resolve itself.
