PFA the screenshots.
The preview is being loaded but the pdf's or images shows randoms characters page when clicked on download.

Unfortunately, it's not a common issue. Are you able to provide us access details to the WP Admin Dashboard? If yes, you can submit a support ticket here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request.

If not:

Does the issue happen just on the backend or the same problem is on the frontend? If on frontend also, clarify the URL where we can try to submit the form and see the PDF download button to replicate the issue, please. You can mark the message as "Private" so only we can see the message.
