The user is not redirected to the page for downloading the pdf document

I am using your e2pdf plugin along with the Formidable Forms Pro plugin (latest versions for both plugins). Everything worked well. But yesterday and today I faced such a problem: pdf documents are generated when filling out a form - I can see them in the backend when exporting pdf documents created when filling out a form on the site. But in the front-end of the site, the user is not redirected to the page for downloading the pdf document. Error 500 constantly occurs. In addition, notifications with attached pdf are not sent to the email.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I found the cause of the problem - it's temporary problems with sending emails from the hosting. This resulted in a long timeout in sending emails and a 500 error.
