hello, i want to create a new template. at the pdf option, i am unable to select the extension and item option.
even when i select, my extension and item does not show up in the field

please whats wrong?

i created a form using Caldera trying to map it with my e2pdf, but i cant select in in pdf option at the extension field and the item field is not selecting also
