Hello,
I want to upgrade a 1 template license to a 2 template license. The one template license is $20 and the 2 template is $30. Why is it charging me $20 to upgrade? Shouldn't it be only $10 to upgrade? If I want to add another template in the future, the next level is 10 templates for $40, will I have to pay another $40 for that upgrade?

In addition, I purchased the original 5 months ago, it seems that the upgrade will not change the renewal date.

Hi,

We updated our price policy couple of days ago with "new" License Type plans.

You have actually License Type "1 Template" with price $10. Renewal will cost the same price by which it was bought but if you wish to upgrade you will need to pay the difference with "old" and "new" License Type plans. As a bonus for upgrade you will get +1 year to renewal date.

For this case upgrade from "2 Templates" to "10 Templates" in future will cost $20 if the price of "10 Templates" will remain the same.

Thank you for the info. I would think that the upgrade from $30 (2 templates) to $40 (10 templates) would be an additional $10.

Your calculation way is correct. Mistake just in price of "10 Templates" License Type. Current price of such License Type is $50.
