Hi There,
One of my clients uses e2pdf plugin with Gravity Forms with Conditional Logic.
The Form is working well, but when we generate the PDF many fields are 0, not containing the field value at all.
What is causing this issue?
I checked many times, if our formulas are correct or not, but the field's values are correct in the Form.
Would you please help me out with this issue?
Thank you

Hi, we need please a bit more information:

1. Can you please let us know which values is used with fields which are showing "0"?

2. Do you see correct values under entry?

3. Is the issue appear when you try to export data with "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?

P.S. From the screenshot above we see value "120". Is it total of all values?

We remain at your service.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hi Oleksandr,
https://dev.lionnook.com/swiss/zzz-form-test-grundlohn/
Just add 120.00 to the Enter Bruttolohn. You will see all the fields are calculated on the Frontend.
When you submit the Form and the PDF is generated, the values are going to 0.
120.00 is the value of the Bruttolohn, which is the input entry.

It would be better to create a WP user for you, just to check this issue? Can you send me an email address, just to add to our user list?
Thank you.

Hi,
I think we have some calculation problems in the Gravity Forms, that is making these mistakes.
I will come back to you later, if I could resolve this issue.
Thank you anyway for your support.
Best regards
