Hi there,

We want to verify a Multi-site via html file.
(Because there is an issue with "E2Pdf Connected Account" in Settings – it doesn´t saves my email-input)

But I don´t know where to upload this verify-file in our file structure, because of multi-site I have no "classical" root folder.
Can you tell me where to upload it in a Wordpress multi-site file structure?

Thank you and best regards
Anna-Lena

Hello,

Unfortunately, verifying a subsite via file is currently not possible.

Do you see the error message at the "E2Pdf" -> "License" on the subsite? If yes, and "Restore License Key" is not working, can you let us know please the URL of the subsite? You can mark the message as "private" so just support can see the message.
