I use e2pdf on windows 10 with high contrast mode turned on and running Mozilla firefox. I have to use this method to accomplish my work. I wanted to let you know that in this mode the pdfs show completely dark. It's probably a CSS issue in the plugin but I wanted to let you know as there are several others who will be buying the plugin that have to use it in this mode too.

Unfortunately Firefox overwrites "css" styles in this case. We will check if it's possible to fix from our side and if it will be possible we will include fix in update. Thanks for letting us know.

We remain at your service.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

you're welcome. Also I use this extension on chrome. You may want to test with this as well:
