I have created a test site (local site on my PC that I have named "cpdup.local") and am trying to add a new template, when I attempt to upload the PDF file (2 page file), I get an error "cpdup.local says "Website url incorrect" and it WONT let me upload the file. Initially I was using the free version of e2pdf , however I went ahead an upgraded to allow for a 2 page pdf file just to see if you that would help -- it did not.

Also of Note: originally my test site was named "localhost" (and I got same error), however after reading one of the posts it seemed this could be causing a problem, so we went through and made the necessary changes to change the host name (verified all other functions are still working, but alas , error persists).

What do you suggest? I have enclosed a copy of the error
Thank you
Trudy

Hi,

Please try "Deactivate" and "Activate" plugin again and check the "License" Page. You must see there "FREE" License Type.

Unfortunately, after fixing "domain" error plugin will not allow you to upload 2-page PDF as we have this "limitation" in free version. For test purposes you can delete 2nd page from your PDF with any PDF editor and upload 1 page PDF.

Let us know please if after "reactivation" of plugin you will still face issues with "Website URL Incorrect" error.

We remain at your service.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

OK, I am no longer getting site url error, BUT I had already purchased the $20 product which is supposed to allow multiple pages.
I have entered the license key in the appropriate field, but the system still says I am using a FREE version and as such it will not allow me to upload the 2 page PDF.

How can i get the system to recognize that I have already upgraded (seems like it would know that from the license number I already entered).

Thanks for your assistance :)

It seems you didn't apply your License Key. Try please again go to "License" page -> "Change" -> Input your Paid License Key which starts from F22 and click "Submit". "FREE" must be replaced with your License Key subscription.

THANK YOU for the detailed message, turns out that I was using the wrong license key... once I went back to my original confirmation email and corrected the license key (beginning with F22)... it worked, allowing me to upload a 2 page pdf.

Last question, if I find I need to upgrade further, will the templates that I am creating with the $20 version still work on the higher level versions? I trust this will be the case, but would appreciate your confirmation.
thank you

Yes, sure. Temlates will work.

License Key only limits the number of "actived" templates which can work at same time. There are no any other limits.
