My client wants to know if they need to spend $50 each year to keep the forms working or pay the $50 and only have a subscription when they need to add new forms.

Hi,

License Key must be renewed each year as when it's expired it will stop working until License Key will be renewed or will be dropped to "FREE" License Key which has 1 Template and 1 Page limits.
