Hi,

Are you using [e2pdf-view] shortcode? If yes - it uses pdf.js that is not support filling forms, same as Mozilla Firefox. It's need to use Adobe Reader or any other PDF software that can fill forms.

Most of all our plugin is used to generate PDFs from Forms. User fill out the form and as result getting filled PDF. You can check some video examples at our YouTube channel.

Regarding hebrew support - yes it must be supported as you can use custom fonts and there is "rtl" option but unfortunately we were not able yet to test it with native speakers so we can't guarantee it. If you will face any issues with using hebrew in PDF we will be glad to fix it and improve its support.

If you need exactly PDF to be shown and filled inside page - yes, if such plugin exist. Our plugin do not have such functionality. In our case PDF can be filled only from supported form plugins.
