Good afternoon,

I am trying to display gallery images in e2pdf template. Using the [post_thumbnail size="full"] shortcode works perfectly and the post featured image is displayed.

I can i display the others related images attached to each post / page?

Hi,

If you mean that you inserted gallery to page/post and need to output it's images to pdf, unfortunately there is no way to output it to PDF at this moment. E2Pdf has possibility to output part of content by wrapping needed part with shortcode, but while using with gallery it will break "Visual Editor".

We moved this thread to "feature requests" to check if we could add any support to it. We are currently working on functionality with improving rendering "html" and hope to include correct render of built-in WordPress features to have easy way to convert WordPress Posts/Pages to PDF.

Thank you for you quick answer and support,

Yes that´s it, for example i have a post with 4 pictures attached to it from the media gallery (one of them is the featured post image that is being displayed using the [post_thumbnail] shortcode) and i want to display the other 3 images on the PDF template.

As the images are directly from the media gallery i can´t use the wrapping solution unfortunately. :(

Unfortunately, our team is a bit overloaded on working on new features and we do not take currently tasks on custom development, but this feature already planned to be included in current 1.10.xx release branch and we hope it will not be any delay with it.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, we just released an update (1.10.06) with "Preg Match All" filter which must help getting content by needed mask. Currently it's supported only on "Value" but it will be extended on "Actions" and "Conditions" in nearest time.

"Pattern" - is preg_match_all pattern to map needed elements.
"Output" is the path to navigate via array keys

Example screenshot attached:
1.0 - 1 is the group number, 0 is the number of element inside group.
1.1 - will output 2nd match in 1st group.
1.2 - will output 3rd match in 1st group and so on...

If it will be used only 1 as "Output" - it will show serialized matched group.
