Im having issues opening up the window when i click on "add new template" all the options are positioned to the right of the window and i am unable to fix it; i have tried deactivating and reactivating the plug in and also checked the "debug mode"

Hi,

It looks like plugin conflict which overwrites the styles. Unfortunately if you do not have knowledge how to use Google Chrome Dev console to detect which styles applied we need to login to your WP Admin Dashboard.
