I am trying to set up adobe sign in your plugin. There is no documentation on how to do this, but i found this topic: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/adobe-sign-1

I followed the steps provided in this topic, but i got an error when connecting to the adobe sign account.
Turned out your plugin is not using the oauth/v2/ endpoints yet. I altered the e2pdf-adobesign.php file with /v2 endpoint and it worked.

However now i got the connection set up i can;t use the shortcode. Its not even appearing in the shortcodes dropdown when editing a template. When i use the shortcode [e2pdf-adobesign id="1"] with my template id inside the gravity forms succes message or email confirmation nothing shows up.

Am I missing something? I registered with a adobe developers account which should let me test the api for free.
Are you still supporting this feature? Or is there any other option to get the documents signed?

Thanks in advance

Timo

Support
Hi,

Thank you for letting us know about the bug. We will correct the endpoint to oauth/v2.

Documentation regarding usage shortcode located here: https://e2pdf.com/support/docs#shortcode-e2pdf-adobesign.

By default, shortcode must create an agreement inside Adobe Sign, and depending on email attribute configuration it can send a singing request from Adobe to the email. "Signing" PDF must be done on their side. Shortcode must not output anything inside "Success Message" or "Mail Body". Do you see the created PDF inside Adobe Sign?

P.S. We are trying to keep this function working, however, we do not plan currently to extend Adobe Sign integration as it's too hard to get their service integrated on user websites. It requires a special plan, which requires a special request to Adobe. We are reviewing other possible integrations or our own solution for PDF "signing" but no yet ETA for when it will be released.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
