Attachment Stopped Working

Check please if you didn't add any actions to pages and do not have "HTML" elements which can hide pages. Screenshots attached.

Do you use "checkbox" / "radio" / "select" within "Actions" and "Conditions" on pages?

If yes, it could be connected with Forminator 1.10.x update: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/forminator-1-10-x-version-checkbox-radio-select-stopped-working.

All new submitted entries will be using "Labels" instead of "Values" due the core change inside Forminator so if you are using "checkbox" / "radio" / "select" within "Actions" and "Conditions", you need to add "Conditions" also to compare with "Labels" along with comparing with "Values" to have it work with old and new entries.

If it will not work, attach please some screenshots how is the set "Actions" and "Conditions".

Unfortunately we do not see which actions you have on pages. Can you please attach screenshot of actions set to page?

However if you show pages depending on "value" from "checkbox" / "radio" / "select" - yes it must fix the issue, as "Actions" just will not fire if "values" doesn't match. The link to the topic is just general description what was changed in Forminator. To fix current issue you must modify "Actions" on pages.

If entry was submitted in < 1.10 version of Forminator it was saving entry with "Value" and in >= 1.10 entries saving the "Label". For example in entry which was submitted < 1.10 version - {select-1} will be rendered as "option-1" and if entry submitted in >= 1.10.x version {select-1} will be rendered as "Option 1".
