Hi there,

While trying to attach pdf to email, with the shortcode [e2pdf-attachment id="7"] in form action email in the formidable form, the email is received without attachment. However the download link [e2pdf-download id="7"] is working correct. Please suggest.

Please loop [email protected], [email protected]

Hi,

Check please if anything in error.log, mail.log regarding sending emails.

You can try also create new E2Pdf template with "blank" page and add it to email action to check if it will be attached. Do you face issues just with one form? Or this is common issue to any form?

If nothing strange in logs and you can provide us access details for closer look it will be perfect. You can fill up this form so we can investigate the issue.

We remain at your service.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hi Oleksandr,

There were no errors found in error.log and mail.log regarding sending emails.
We have also tried adding blank page pdf template, but still not able to get that as an attachment. We have also added a complete new pdf template in email attachments, it doesn't seem to work either.
The issue is with the specific form.
Please suggest.

We've just sent you email with requesting "Backup" of Template so we can try to replicate an issue. It can be the problem in some filters or additional hooks on this form if you have some, as [e2pdf-download] shortcode working properly for you.

Just a suggestion, did you try enable/disable the "Submit this form with AJAX" setting on the form's setting page?
