I have been trying to get the PDF to send as an attachment in Caldera Forms. In the success message the shortcode works, but when I put the shortcode [e2pdf-attachment id="3"] in the Email Message, all it does is gets printed in the email. Not sure what I am doing wrongs.

I have attached some screenshots.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Check please if email type is set to "HTML" inside Caldera Fitms. If so, do you use any 3rd party email plugin? 3rd party mail service?

We remain at your service.

Hi,

Yes it is set to HTML. We do use another 3rd party email plugin. Should we try deactivating it?!

If possible, try to deactivate it and check if anything will be changed. If it will not work and it's acceptable for you, submit please support ticket with WP Admin Dashboard access details here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request.

We currently noticed the difference in mail message block. Do you use latest version of Caldera Forms? (1.9.4)

Hi Oleksandr,
We have tried to deactivate the other plugin & checked that we have the latest version of Caldera Forms and still unable to get the attachment to work.
