When trying to download PDFs sent via email, I get the message "Exception: PDF Document is Empty"

From what I can tell, everything is connected properly but for some reason, I can't download the PDF. I was unable to get an attachment via email as it didn't attach any documents and so resulted in using " [e2pdf-download id="1"] " instead, but now run into this problem.

(I have attached images to show everything should be connected properly)

Hi,

1. Check please if you do not have any actions to pages which can "Hide" page
2. Check please if you do not have "HTML" elements which can hide pages. Screenshots attached.

We remain at your service.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

No HTML elements can hide the page, nor are we using any actions to the page.

Hello, sorry for taking so long. I have submitted a ticket with the template, as I was unable to attach the file type here.

Hi,

We currently could not replicate the issue with your imported E2Pdf Template. It exports data correctly without error. Also we see that your entry URL submitted in 1st message - also working as expected. It generates PDF with data.

Are you able to replicate the issue at current moment? Can you please re-check if it's now working as expected also with new entries?

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello, It now seems to be working fine. I haven't changed anything since last speaking so I don't know why this is. But thank you

Ok, thank you for letting us know.

Just to be sure that you have also correct settings under "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" which can affect PDF generation. Be sure that you have "PDF Processor" set to "Stable" as on attached screenshot.

We remain at your service.

Ok, thank you. Then it's everything correct. Let us know if it will be any further issues.

P.S. "Update From E2Pdf.com" must not be checked unless it's required to update plugin to RC Version.
