Hi, I'm trying to upload a pdf but once I click on Upload PDF and select the file, nothing happens. I tried different pdf files, with no result. I used Chrome and Firefox.

Hi,

Are you able to create "Empty" or "Auto PDF" E2Pdf Template and Save it?

Can you please attach PDF which you are trying to upload to next message? so we can try to replicate it on our side?

P.S. You can mark message private so only support and you can see the message.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

PDF doesn't have any issues and must be uploaded without issues.

We had another report today with similar problem and issue was connected with Mod Security. We are now analyzing it and trying to replicate it on our side. Are you using Mod Security? If so, can you try to whitelist your IP Address?

P.S. If it's acceptable for you, you can submit support ticket with access details here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request so we can try to check it directly on your side and confirm if issue connected with same problem.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hi,

Can you check please if you did not enable "Do not store entries submitted from this form" option under the form? Screenshot attached. [e2pdf-download] shortcode requires entry to exist.

If no option set can you try to enable "Url Rewrite" at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" and check if it will be changed behavior.

If it will not help - it can be cache issue or plugin conflict. We will need to login to your website or try to identify issue by installed plugins list. You can get the list of installed plugins by going to "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "Turn on Debug mode" and after this find it at "E2Pdf" -> "Debug".

P.S. We currently tried to replicate issue with your installed theme and Lite Speed cache but without success.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hi,

By default [e2pdf-download id="1"] requires data to exists as E2Pdf generates PDFs in real time, however:

With enabled option "Do not store entries submitted from this form" you can:

- Use [e2pdf-attachment id="1"] shortcode inside mail action body. It will be generated PDF on submission and sent with email as attachment. "Mail Body" also must contains some text along with [e2pdf-attachment id="1"] shortcoded. None of files or information will be stored anyhow.

- Use [e2pdf-save id="1" download="true"] inside "Success Message" but in this case PDF will be saved on the server upon form submission and PDF download link will be linked to that saved PDF. It will also require to have unique PDF name to avoid overwrite, for example using [id] shortcode as part of name.

We remain at your service.
