Hi Im getting a "critical error on website" message after submitting a formidable form have turned off plugins one by one and found the e2pdf is the culprit but cant figure out how to fix the issue the form submits but the applicant is refilling the form thinking it is unsuccessful

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please check error.log and find any errors which will be marked as fatal or which can be connected with form submission or E2Pdf plugin path?

P.S. As an alternative, you can submit support ticket to us with access details to WP Admin Dashboard so we can login and make checks directly on your side as it's uncommon issue.
