Critical Error on Website after submitting Formidable Forms

Hi Im getting a "critical error on website" message after submitting a formidable form have turned off plugins one by one and found the e2pdf is the culprit but cant figure out how to fix the issue the form submits but the applicant is refilling the form thinking it is unsuccessful
