Hi I'm having a similar issue here on getting a dynamic image to populate on the PDF doc. I'm using Formidable for users to create his or her account, and part of registering is to upload their company logo. I'm then using the user meta to input into letters. I'm trying to input the company logo to the top of the document so it looks like it's the user's company letterhead. I went through and tried the suggestions above so many times and I can't seem to get anything to work. Is this something you can help with?

Hello,
Let us know please:
- What is the E2Pdf Template Connection ("Extension" and "Item") of E2Pdf Template
- Which shortcode are you trying to use to output the image?
Can you try to create a "temporary" textarea and map it with shortcodes that can be connected to the stored image? Which values do you get upon PDF generation?
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

So if we understand correctly, the logo is populated to the user meta from another form. If so, please, try to create a "textarea" and use the shortcodes as:
[e2pdf-user key="co_logo" meta="true"]
[e2pdf-user key="_co_logo" meta="true"]
Will any of these shortcodes output any data?
If not:
Create New E2Pdf Template connected to "WordPress" -> "Pages". Create "textarea". Right mouse click on it -> "Map Field". Search in the visual mapper for any user shortcodes that can be connected with the "logo". It needs to just identify the correct shortcode.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Are you able to provide us with access details to the WP Admin Dashboard, so we can log in and see your setup? If yes, please submit a support ticket here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request
If no, please download and attach the backup of the registration form to the next message (mark it as "Private").
