ERROR : Something went wrong

Hi Team,

I would like to test your plugin but i'm still getting this error on the top of my Wordpress admin panel (in all the configuration pages of E2PDF) :
ERROR : Something went wrong

I already have deactivate / reactivate the extension.
My licence page is empty... i tried to put "FREE" in the change field, nothing happens..

So when i want to upload a PDF file, i have this same error in a browser popup that comes up and nothing more :/

Hi,

It looks like your server can't reach our API. Try please to change API server to api2.e2pdf.com via "E2Pdf" -> "Settings". Screenshot attached.

I tried that change... without success...
I have activated the debug mode, and i see the "connection" part only with my error :

)

The licence page is still empty even if i try to change it with "FREE" key..

If it's acceptable for you, submit please access details to WP Admin Dashboard and FTP to website via ticket here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request so we can make some tests to understand the reason of failure.

If not:

- If you have access to SSH try please to login and ping api.e2pdf.com and api2.e2pdf.com to see if our domain names resolved correctly on your host
- Let us know your URL of website so we can check if there no any blocks and we can ping your server and vice verse.

It still seems issue that your host can't access our server, it could be or due incorrect name resolve or some block from your/our firewall by some reason.
