Failed To Load PDF ERROR After Download

Hello . i'm using E2pdf with Formidable Forms , i get that error "Failed To Load PDF ERROR" after PDF Download , i have tried every possible solution but issue still exists , i'm using wordpress on the latest version and my website is hosted on hostinger and i'm also using LiteSpeed Caching plugin.

Solutions i have tried :
- Decativating My Caching plugin.
- using api2.e2pdf.com - api3.e2pdf.com - api4.e2pdf.com instead of api.e2pdf.com in API Server Option in plugin setting.
- Changing API Connection Timeout to 10000
- Disable Turn On Cache in plugin settings
- Disabling " Turn On Font Cache " in plugin setting

looking for your response as soon as possible and i'll also attach full screenshots of plugin and PDF documents setting that could help

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not a common issue. For some reason, your server generates an empty PDF with no response.

1. Does it also happen when you try to export PDF from "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?
2. Try to enable please "Debug" mode at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" and check if you do not have any "red" marks at "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" page at any tab
3. Try to check the error_log, to see if there are no errors logged.

P.S. If nothing strange in the error.log or PDF also can't be generated via "E2Pdf" -> "Export", unfortunately, you need to submit a support ticket with access details to WP Admin Dashboard and FTP as we need to debug on which stage it doesn't work as expected. Hi ,
1 . It Doesn't Happen When i try to export PDF from "E2Pdf" -> "Export"

Hi,

The issue was caused by a conflict with WP External Links. It was fixed in the "RC" version, but not yet in "Stable". We applied currently a hot fix on your side and it must work as expected now.

P.S. The next week we will pull the update to the "stable" version which will have a current fix.
