Hi Guys - I'm testing this for a client pre-sale on this site: http://test.jeffguest.co.uk/amr-form/form-test-1/

The pdf was generated using the upload setting, and all the fields have been created - using Forminator.

When I fill in the form it does send a pdf of the document, but none of the fields are filled in.

Have I missed something obvious? Hope you can help

Hi,

Did you map fields inside E2Pdf Template after uploading?

It can be mapped by "Right Mouse Click" -> "Map Field" or Use "{field_id}" inside field value. E2Pdf Template must look like as attached screenshot.

If fields already mapped, can you please clarify which shortcode are you using inside "Email" body?

Do you need to send each time static PDF? dataset="31" inside shortcode means that this entry will be used for generation every PDF. Check please if this "entry" still exists and values not empty.

If you need dynamic PDF after each submission, try to use this shortcode: [e2pdf-attachment id="1"]

Unfortunately we could not replicate an issue.

If it's acceptable for you, you can submit "Support Request" here with access details so we can try to investigate the issue the fastest.

If not:
- Can you check please if manual export is working? "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?
- Are you using latest version of "Forminator" and "E2Pdf"?

We remain at you service.
