Hi,
A problem like this has already been exposed here, but in my case I can't find a solution.
I have a gravity form (version 2.5.13) with two fields, one is a text field and another is a signature field (this is the gravity form signature add-on v.4.1)
I create a template in E2pdf (version 1.16.41 associated with this form.
I map the fields with the Visual Maper. I save the changes, I do the test and the result is a link.
I copy and paste this link in the browser and the image is visible.
I don't know how to fix this.

I am attaching screenshots.

If necessary send url to test.

Thanks a lot

Hi,

Unfortunately we can't replicate issue on our side. We got another similar ticket, not with Gravity Forms but it was similar problem with dynamic images.

Can you try please to change value of "Signature" to and check if it will work:

[e2pdf-format-output filter="html_entity_decode"]{Firma:2}[/e2pdf-format-output]

If yes, we will really appreciate if you can list installed plugins on your WordPress installation. It can be done by "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "Enable Debug Mode". After this list of installed plugins can be found at "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" page as we suspect that it can be some plugin conflict.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
I have followed the instructions and copied the following code into the value of "Signature" and the problem continues.
I attach screenshots and pdf files with the debug result.
In the report I do not include the php information. Do you need it?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

It seems problem connected with some other issue. If it's acceptable for you, can you please submit support ticket with access and ftp account details so we can login and make tests on your side directly? If yes, submit it please here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request or at least access details to your WP Admin Dashboard, but FTP access details will help us to identify issue faster.

P.S. Your setup looks correct and it must work but by some reason image can't be loaded inside PDF while PDF generation.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
