How to Map Form Field with Multiple Sections?

Hi, I have a multi-page form. When I go to Map Field it only shows the first page with no 'next' button. How do I get to the next page?

This is my first attempt at using E2PDF. I've watched the you tube videos and now am trying to merge a Formidable Form to a PDF form. I'm able to upload the PDF with coupon border boxes showing places for text input. When I right click on a box I can see the commands (map, hide, cut, copy, delete, properties) but none of them are active.

Some of the Formidable ID numbers appear in the PDF form but not all boxes appear to be mapped.

If I draw an input box from the PDF builder I can move it and size it but can't delete it.

That's as far as I've gotten. I was using PRO2PDF and able to merge the form and pdf so I know they work. I'm not sure what I'm doing or not doing. I've attached a screen shot of the PDF template open in E2PDF.

Thank you Oleksandr. The update did solve the issues!

I mapped my form. It is 2 pages and has repeating fields. Please see attached files. The fields appear to work on page one but not on page two. Also I notice the repeating fields fill from the bottom upward(?).
